A collaboration with the estate of Rammellzee, printed with one of his paintings.

Rammellzee (1960–2010) came from Far Rockaway, Queens.
In 1979 he wrote the Iconic Treatise on Gothic Futurism, which treats graffiti as letters armed for a battle to take back language; the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston calls him graffiti’s first major critical theorist.
In his Tribeca loft, the Battlestation, he built Letter Racers and Garbage Gods, sculptures and costumes made from discarded materials.

In 1983 he recorded “Beat Bop” with K-Rob, a record produced by Jean-Michel Basquiat.

A collaboration with Futura; his handwriting runs across the back.

Futura, long known as Futura 2000, was born in New York in 1955.
In 1980 he painted Break, a whole subway car in color with no letters at all, which the Bronx Museum calls a first for the graffiti movement.
In 1981 he painted live on stage with The Clash, and in 2024 the Bronx Museum gave him a retrospective, Futura 2000: Breaking Out.

In 1982 he went on the New York City Rap Tour with Rammellzee, Afrika Bambaataa and others, organized to introduce hip hop to France.
His recurring figures include the atom, a sign of perpetual motion, and the alien-like Pointman.
