Shure is an American audio company, founded by Sidney N. Shure as the Shure Radio Company in Chicago in 1925.

Its SM58 vocal microphone was designed by Ernie Seeler and came out in 1966.

KAWS is Brian Donnelly, born in Jersey City, New Jersey, in 1974.
He started as a graffiti writer in 1990s New York, painting over advertisements in bus shelters and phone booths.

COMPANION, his character with crossed-out eyes, began as a toy in 1999.
