Mario Ayala was born in Los Angeles in 1991.
He paints with an airbrush and auto-body techniques, drawing on custom car culture, trucking and Chicano magazines.

He took part in Made in L.A. 2020, the Hammer Museum’s biennial.

Dash Snow (1981–2009) was born in New York.
In the 1990s he wrote graffiti as SACE with IRAK, a crew of writers, skaters and artists.
He photographed his friends and their nights on Polaroids, and showed in the 2006 Whitney Biennial.

In 2007 he and Dan Colen filled Deitch Projects with shredded phone books for their installation Nest.
